Indira is in hurry as she has to attend Mandira's trail. Before leaving, she asks Sunaina to take care of Vidit. Indira decides to take Vidit to the doctor after she returns home. At the court, the media tries to question Mandira but Indira does not allow them. Before the proceeding, Inder, who was about to testify against Sameer, expresses desire to use the washroom. Meanwhile, the proceeding starts. Rishi calls Inder to the witness box but Inder is not present there. Indira, who is waiting outside the washroom for Inder, panics when he fails to come out. She fears that Inder must have fainted inside the washroom. She notices a person coming out of the washroom and enquires with him about Inder. Indira gets puzzled on learning that there was no one inside the washroom. She gets shocked on learning that Inder must have escaped as the person had heard someone opening the window. When Indira arrives in the court room, Rishi enquires with her about Inder. He too gets shocked on learning that Inder had escaped. To prove Sameer guilty, Rishi requests the judge to give him some more time. The judge grants Rishi's plea and asserts that the he would announce the verdict, if Rishi is unable to prove Sameer guilty in the next proceeding. The judge adjourns the court until afternoon. The media broadcasts news about Mandira's case and suspects that someone must have kidnapped Inder. It is revealed that Simi had sought Jhumpa's help to abduct Inder. After the trial, Simi pays money to Jhumpa for helping her. Jhumpa reveals that her aides abducted Inder while she distracted Indira's attention when she was waiting for Inder outside the washroom. Vidit comes back to senses from his paralytic state when he sees the news wherein Sameer states that Mandira had falsely accused him. Sameer adds that he would win the case as Rishi would be unable to prove him guilty. After hearing Sameer's statement, Vidit gets emotional and falls off his wheel-chair. Kutumb gets worried for Inder and wonders where he could have disappeared. On the other hand, Indira and Rishi are worried how to prove Sameer guilty. Indira receives a call from Sharma Niwas' landline number. She believes that Sunaina must have called her up. To Indira's surprise, Vidit had called her. Vidit informs Indira that he had seen Sameer raping Mandira. He adds that he would testify against Sameer in the court.Indira gets surprised when Vidit calls her up and informs her that he had seen Sameer raping Mandira.
He adds that he would testify against Sameer in the court. Kutumb, Mandira and Rishi too get surprised when Indira informs them that Vidit has regained consciousness. Rishi rejoices on learning about Vidit's decision to help Mandira. Meanwhile, Sunaina finds Vidit fallen on the floor and gets panicked. She calls up the doctor, recommended by Sameer, and requests him to rush to Sharma Niwas immediately. Vidit tries to tell Sunaina not to inform the doctor. The doctor gets shocked when Sunaina informs him that Vidit could talk. After disconnecting the call, the doctor calls up Sameer and informs him about Vidit's recovery. The doctor fears Indira may learn that he had intentionally paralyzed Vidit at Sameer's behest. Sameer gets worried when the doctor shares his fear. Rishi and Munna plan to produce Mandira's fake medical reports in order to prove Sameer guilty. As per the plan when the duo visits a female gynecologist, Munna flirts with her. He tries to distract her attention while Rishi manages to produce a fake report by using the doctor's computer. He gets printout of the report on the hospital's letter-head. Meanwhile, Indira and Sunaina are traveling in an ambulance to the court along with Vidit. On their way the ambulance stops and the ward boys pull Vidit out. Indira and Sunaina try hard to protect Vidit. Indira hits one of the ward boys, while the other rushes to push Vidit down the cliff. Indira threatens to kill the ward boy and manages to save Vidit. When the proceeding starts, Rani tries to prove Sameer innocent and requests the judge to set him free. At that time, Rishi arrives and shows the fake medical reports to prove Sameer guilty. However, Rani intervenes and states that they had already submitted the medical reports. Before the judge could give his verdict, Indira arrives along with Vidit. Sameer and Simi are left shocked.Rishi informs the judge that Vidit was an eye witness in the case. Advocate Rani gets worried when Rishi calls Vidit in the witness box. Rishi questions Vidit about the incident wherein Sameer had raped Mandira. Vidit testifies that he had seen Sameer leaving Mandira's room, buttoning his shirt. After Vidit's statement, Rishi asks Rani to cross-questions Vidit if she wants. Rani questions Vidit whether he saw Sameer raping Mandira. Vidit refuses seeing the act and says that he only saw Sameer coming out of Mandira's room. To prove Sameer innocent, Rani requests the judge to read Mandira's medical report, which she had submitted in the court. To Rani's surprise the report reads that Mandira was raped by Sameer. After hearing the prosecution and the defense lawyers, the judge gives his verdict. The Sharma family breathes a sigh of relief when the judge renders justice to Mandira and punishes Sameer for his crime. The judge announces seven years imprisonment to Sameer.
