TODAY THURSDAY 12TH JLY, 2018....UPDATE  ON "PRINCESS WEIYOUNG "

EPISODE #7/8

Weiyang finally gets back her family plaque, and internally motivates herself: “Xin’er is strong, Xin’er won’t definitely lower her head for them”.

Meanwhile, a suspicious man comes in trying to find evidence of the framing of the Hexi King. Luckily he succeeds, and he escapes.

Then, Weiyang and her “family” arrive at the palace  to attend the Crown Princess’ banquet. As expected, Changle gets most of the compliments and outshines all the other ladies. She volunteers to perform for the Crown Princess and begins singing while everyone looks on smiling.

However, Changle soon gets embarrased when she realised that her plaque was a fake heirloom from the “deceased princess of the Hexi King”. Da Furen then suspects that if the plaque is fake, then the “princess” who died was probably a fake. They then came into the conclusion that whoever has the plaque is the real princess of Hexi King. Don’t get discovered too soon Weiyang!

Then, we have Weiyang admiring the flowers by herself before Tuo Ba Yu comes along and makes conversation with her. He then goes on for a walk with Changle while Changru looks on enviously. Weiyang then brings Changru for a walk by themselves and on her way, she sees TBJ playing the Guqin. Changle also sees him and leaves Tuo Ba Yu which left him a bit annoyed

Anyways, Weiyang and TBJ excitedly say their “hi’s” and “what are you doing here” while Changle looks shocked and envious.

Changle: “How do they know each other?”

Weiyang then introduces TBJ to Changru and then discovers that TBJ was the Prince, her family’s enemy. Weiyang turns into shock and couldn’t believe that she became friends with her enemy!

Then all three princes united and decided to play a game whilst the other girls along with Weiyang watches. Weiyang was still shock and was unable to focus, so she quickly left with TBJ following.

Changle then tries to gain TBJ’s interest but fails since he’s not interested.

On the other hand, Changru was ecstatic to be paired up with her crush, Tuo Ba Yu, who still remains indifferent. poor thing, she’s going to turn vengeful sooner or later.

Ep 8:

Weiyang chatises her younger brother since he refused to take up his promoted role. But then decided against it since Weiyang wants him to do it.

Changle then interrupts Weiyang’s flower viewing, to find out more information about her relationship with Tuo Ba Jun. gosh…this jealousy. Changle even tries to dissuade Weiyang from liking TBJ by saying how “she’s going to bring trouble to the family”. But our girl Weiyang can definitely win this battle and she did by infuriating Changle even more.

Then a messenger comes saying how they have a portrait of Beilang’s Princess, Xin’er. Xin’er tries to stop them from seeing the portrait and does so successfully. I guess this ep will be about her trying to steal the portrait so that her identity doesn’t get discovered.

Changle then gets her big brother’s help to deal with Weiyang’s relationship with Tuo Ba Jun…

Weiyang, on the other hand, keeps on thinking about the portrait.

We then see General Li (Changle’s brother) developing an interest with one of Weiyang’s servant, oh no…don’t you see that he’s using you!!!!?

Then, night comes and we see Weiyang dressed in black as she enters General Li’s room to look for the portrait. Seeing that it’s too late to get rid of it, she quickly dumps black ink of the face, to make it unrecognisable. Smart move!

However, she couldn’t escape quickly enough and went into hiding. Just as General Li was about to find out her hiding spot, an assassin quickly jumped into the room and attacked General Li. They both escape and we get a close up shot of Weiyang’s birth mark above her left wrist on the portrait.

The assassin escapes with the help of Weiyang and we realised that it was Weiyang’s former bodyguard! YAY SHE’s ALIVE!

They went to explain what happened to each other and how they got into this situation. So much sadness.

They proclaimed how they need to avenge their loved ones and to not forget their revenge and hate.

Suddenly, General Li barged into Weiyang’s room, disregarding propriety. However, he doesn’t find anything.

However, one of the servants,discovered drops of blood and went to inform General Li. His soldiers came back in again and went to search every nook and cranny for the assassin.

The assassin gets discovered and went to take Weiyang as hostage (in order to not arouse suspicion). However General Li does not care and instructs the soldiers to fight her. However, being Weiyang, she uses the Li’s family name to stop him saying how it will ruin his reputation if he does not care about her life. Anyways, he finally lets them go and the assassin escapes.

Angrily, General Li went to punish Weiyang’s servants with 20 strokes. Weiyang quickly tries to save them but he doesn’t budge. So she protected her servants with her body to get hit instead.

The servants then cried and realised how well Weiyang treats them. Then a mysterious hand went out to grab the portrait before General Li comes back to his room.

The next day, Weiyang gets coddled by her birth mother who complains how she never had a peaceful day since she came back home.

However, we suddenly get a shocked look from her birth mother as she discovered the birth mark…looks like she realised Weiyang is not her Weiyang.

We then see General Li trying to curry favour with Weiyang’s servant again who now does not believe his words. He even gifts her with make up which lessened her hate for him. Oh no….

Meanwhile, Da Furen tries to stir up trouble for Changxi by hinting that she will set her up with Tuo Ba Yu which pleases Changxi immensely. However, when she notices that Changxi’s wound is getting better, she suspects that they already know that there was something wrong with the “gift” she sent them.

Following on, Weiyang’s birth mother finds a conclusive evidence to know that Weiyang is not her biological daughter which shocks her to the core. Weiyang, not knowing anything, just walks away after caring for her mother.

Meanwhile, Tuo Ba Yu meets Changle, Changxi and Changru. Looks like Da Furen’s plan is to stir up rife between Changxi and Changru (who likes Tuo Ba Yu).

Then we get to see Weiyang travelling with her servants to a country town.Weiyang tells her servants that she’s going to secretly go out and they are not to tell anyone. However, one of her servants (the one who is in liason with General Li) whispers this to someone. We then see this person in the background (below) following Weiyang.

As Weiyang follows a crowd, she gets shocked at seeing the fighting between civilians. The guy is the background gets out his knife and gets ready to kill Weiyang.

Luckily, he couldn’t make his move as TBJ comes into the scene and saves Weiyang again. He instructs his servant to bring her to a safe place and Weiyang follows.

TBJ then gets involve in the scene and defeats the general who wants to kill all the fighters. TBJ then tries to rationalise with the civilians to stop them from fighting each other. Weiyang looks onto the scene before her and sees TBJ in a different light.

Meanwhile, Weiyang’s two servants pace about waiting anxiously for Weiyang to return. One of the servants (General Li’s) tries to get more information on Weiyang’s intentions on going out by herself from the other. Afterwards, we see TBJ asking Weiyang why she’s here who rebutes and say its not his business. TBJ quickly fakes pain just as Weiyang leaves to get her attention, he succeeded lol! But his servant was really trying to ruin this scene hahas!

Weiyang: “Is it serious? Do you have medicine”

TBJ quickly says no however his servant immediately says yes, which resulted with a glare from TBJ.

TBJ: Do you think you can apply the medicine on properly? (as he steps on his foot)

Servant: OWWWW, oh no no. I can’t..you do it (faces Weiyang)

He quickly hands the medicine to Weiyang saying that his legs hurt so he can’t apply the medicine.TBJ looks happy again and eagerly waits for Weiyang to apply the medicine by pointing to where it hurts.

Of course Weiyang knows he’s faking it, so she just leaves after giving the medicine back to him. TBJ however asked her why she suddenly changed to a different person while Weiyang replies: “Do you even know what type of person I am?"

Weiyang walks off but not before TBJ instructs his servant to make sure she gets home safely.

Following on, we see Changle arrive outside of Weiyang’s room and asks Weiyang to come out of her room. Weiyang’s servants, hearing the command, gets antsy since Weiyang is not here!
