Suraj asks his mum why she woke him so early. She says she told at home about him joining college so they get money as his fees. Jiji comes and she gets quiet. She signs Suraj to take blessings. Jiji blesses him and leaves. Then comes Suraj’s dad and he gives him a cheque.
He asks what’s that. He says he’s going to do finance and doesn’t know it’s a cheque. He gets shocked. His mum takes cheque and asks that’s it? His dad says his friend’s son is doing finance and he figured out everything from him about college and fees. His dad leaves.
Suraj asks his mum couldn’t she find someone else to marry? He leaves and Sona is coming in. They bump into each other. She tells him angrily can’t he see. He teases her saying how he would have gotten
into such a beautiful accident then. She glares angrily. He says she looks good while angry doesn’t mean she should get angry. She’s a doctor and she should know anger is not good. And in end he’s Dev’s brother, so her benefit is in friendship. She refuses his friendship and asks if he has got any name or he’s Dev’s brother only? She tells him to first become something and then say all these dialogues.
She comes in talking on phone. Nikki sees and says so her bro finally made her accept phone. She checks it out and says so many apps. Sona says she didn’t install anything. Nikki says so he installed them for her..and it has dating app too. Sona takes phone away saying she don’t know all those apps and says she has work. Riya tells Sona to learn the app.
Dev asks her she doesn’t have to go office? Riya leaves. Nikki also leaves saying she needs to study. Sona too leaves.
Dev follows her to the kitchen and drinks water. They both look at each other one by one. Sona asks him whether he wants to say her something? Dev says he didn’t install apps. Sona says she knows. He asks she knew? She says he doesn’t have time to install apps.
He asks was that a thank you? She says it was a taunt and Tina must have done it. He’s confused whether she’s thanking him or taunting him. She says it was thank you this time. He says she’s so confusing. She says ofcourse she’s the confusing one in kitchen.
He says, anyway he should leave saying ‘you’re welcome’ as she thanked him. He was leaving. She says, then say it. He says, ‘you are welcome Ms. Bose’ and leaves. She was going to say for you…and then says Ms. Bose will work too…
Dev tells Tina to fix his meeting with some company. She asks anything else? He asks why she installed dating app in Sona’s phone. She says he made her matrimony profile. So she thought it’s better if she finds someone by herself. She asks him, he doesn’t want her to date anyone? He says why would he want that and tell her to fix appointment.
Sona is walking in the hall. Suraj watches her from upstairs. She was checking something on phone and then says, (he) doesn’t have time for himself, how he will have time for apps. Suraj snatches her phone and asks her to try a different app.. She asks what is this?
It would be better if he maintains distance from her. He says he wants to become friends and she’s always angry. He was suggesting to join a dating app so that way she will get chance to become his friend. She says she’s not interested and as he’s giving her free advices, she advices him to concentrate on his course, not apps.
She asks what course he’s doing. His mum comes and asks whether she’s a doctor or CID. Why she’s behind her son. She better mind her own business. She takes Suraj on a side and asks him to stay outside. His dad will come and ask how was the class. He asks what he will do outside. He doesn’t have any money.
Saurav’s showing model pics to his partner. He says they need an ordinary woman as their nighty will be worn by them. Saurav’s mum comes there and Saurav tries to convince her. His dad comes and gets angry. Saurav says it was his mum wish to become model before marriage.. her mum asks him to shush.
Suraj’s mum waits for Dev’s mum to leave her room and then goes to steal money. Sona is going to meet Dev’s mum when she receives call from her mum who asks her to be home early today. Sona says she’s just leaving. Suraj’s mum is stealing money when Sona catches her. She asks Sona what she’s looking at and what she’s thinking that she’s stealing money? Sona says she didn’t say anything. Suraj’s mum continues lecturing her.
Dev and his mum come there. Suraj’s mum says Sona crossed limit today. She called her a thief. Sona says she didn’t say anything like that. Suraj’s mum emotionally blackmails and asks Dev’s mum to beat her up if she think she’s a thief as well. Milkman is asking for money everyday and she thought not to bother her and take money herself when Sona came and started glaring her with big eyes. Dev tells Sona that mami is part of this house..there was no need to make her feel anything bad. It’s a family matter.
Sona says she didn’t say anything to mami. Mami interrupts. Dev’s mum asks her to stay out..Dev is talking. Sona again justifies herself. Dev says there is no need to stretch the matter. Sona says, she didn’t even start it. She says, fine… I will leave. Dev follows her. Mami again complains about Sona to Dev’s mum. Dev’s mum asks her to calm down.
Sona comes to servant and says he helps her so much and gives her phone as gift to him. Dev tells her she’s saying anything in anger. Every person gets rewards based on their hard work. She deserves this phone, no one else. Servant tells Sona he doesn’t need any phone and asks Dev whether he can leave. He leaves.
Dev asks Sona what stupidity is that. She says it’s his home, his business, his money..he deserves all that. It’s good if he wants to share with someone. But if someone is stealing then…he interrupts. She asks him to let her finish. She continues..she just by chance saw her doing something which she shouldn’t and she just left shocked and couldn’t do anything. Saying anything is too far, she couldnt even move from there. He says whatever it is.. she shouldn’t have made her feel like that.
She asks like what? She has learned since childhood..if anything is wrong, then it’s wrong. But she was careful she doesn’t do anything as he has asked to stay out of his personal matters. If she didn’t do any mistake, then what was need to create hungama. He says whatever said and done..she’s elder, she can take out money from anyone’s wallet..anyone’s cupboard. She says fine. He says fine? She says she got his point.
Mami is still going crazy saying her own don’t believe her. She would prefer to stay in jail. Dev’s mum says that matter is over. No one is saying anything to her. Mami says they are not saying anything to Sona either who blamed her. This means they are believing her. She wants to call police. Her husband comes and asks her to go to her room. Dev’s mum says she will take care everything and tells them to go. Sona says she really didn’t say a word today. Still she says sorry. She didn’t imagine all this would happen. Dev’s mum tells her she knows it’s not her fault.

Dev asks driver for car key. He says there’s too much traffic due to some protest. It’d be better to go walking. He will drop Sona. But Dev decides to go himself even though Sona says not to.
Mama is packing bags. Mami says it’s their house. Where are they going? Mama says their house burned and this is not their house. If they live here, she will burn this house too. She asks what he means? He says the way she talks, she will spoil this house. She says he always sees her at fault. He asks her to stop her rubbish.
He knows her very well. He asks her to pack her bags. Dev’s mum comes and says no one is going anywhere. Mama tells her not to argue with him. He has made decision. Dev’s mum says everything is solved now. She signs Mami to say him that.
Mami says yes..she has forgiven Sona and there is no house where arguments don’t happen, but they don’t leave home. Mama still says they won’t live there. Dev’s mum asks him to think about her. What all will say outside that she didn’t take care of her brother and bhabhi. She requests him not to go. He’s convinced and Mami is relived.
There’s a protest going on. Dev and Sona are walking by. Dev says, rain in Mumbai and rally in Delhi can happen any time. She doesn’t say anything. He says he knows she’s still upset, but that matter is over now. Just let it go. He asks her to look at from his point of view. Sometimes relationships get complicated that you can’t fix it.
Business is not like that. It’s easier to deal in business as others are not your own. Sona says she can understand. She tells him that he handles his family very well and she should have handled this matter a different way. But what she can do. Her family is not complicated. They are strange, but everything is open. He says very lucky people get family like her. She’s a very lucky girl. She smiles and says indeed.
Saurav’s dad is upset with his mum. He pretends to be drinking water. She asks what he wants to say. He asks she wanted to become model for Saurav, right? She says if she wanted, then why would she say no. She is a model only for him. He gets happy.
Dev’s mum and Mama share their childhood memories. Mama says her nature was good even back then and asks her not to be so good, else people like Mami will take advantage. He knows she hides many things and she is spoiling her peaceful life. He’s tired of making her realise her mistakes. Dev’s mum says no matter how, they are still a family. He supported her in her bad time. He says he didn’t do anything. She says he did a lot for her. He says there is a big difference in what he did for her and what she’s doing for them. She says he did more than he could, so don’t think like that and feel bad.
Some kids are going by. Sona asks them what they are doing there. They say they are going for dance and ask them to join too. They make such a good couple. Dev says they are not a couple. Sona agrees. A kid says them to just dance. Kids start dancing around Dev. Dev then dances as well. Sona watches him and smiles.
Saurav’s mum tells her family that she had told Sona to come early. Saurav says Dev is with her. Dadi says they would be looking so good walking together and wishes it rains today. Saurav’s sis says and Sona and Dev under same umbrella.
Dev and Sona continue walking. Seeing Sona smiling, Dev asks what happened. She says nothing. He asks why she’s smiling then. She asks can’t she smile without any reason when he can be angry without any reason. He asks what she means he’s angry all time? She says not all the time, but many times. She laughs.
He says she seems very happy today. She says seeing kids, she remembered her childhood..roles she used to play in school. He asks what role? She asks him to guess. He says a princess who’s waiting for her prince charming. She says no..she used to play weird roles. She never got a princess role. That love story went out of her hands, but she’s feeling that her love story is waiting.
One day her love story will happen too..she won’t die before that. They laugh.
He asks she never had a love story? She says it’s personal matter, but he can ask. Go ahead. He asks she never had boyfriend, no dating? She says no and asks him. He says he never had time for all that. She says she had time, but she couldn’t find her dream boy. He tells her she will find her Mr. Perfect soon and her love story will start too.
He will wish that for her. She says he’s not that bad either. He’s wishing for her! Suddenly, a car comes in fast speed and crashes into Sona. Blood splashes on Dev’s face. She falls on the ground. Dev rushes to her and calls doctor to come fast with ambulance at their location. Doctor says there’s a big rally..it will take too long to reach there.
Dev says he doesn’t know all that..lots of blood is flowing and he asks doctor to come fast. Doctor tells him to keep pressure from where blood is flowing. Don’t let her become unconscious. Keep talking to her. He will reach soon with his team. Dev keeps Sona in his lap. She closes her eyes. He asks her to open her eyes.
Dev’s mum is worried. Her daughters say she should have spoke in Sona’s favor. Dev’s mum thinks maybe Sona felt bad because she didn’t say anything and that is why she’s not feeling well. She will talk to her tomorrow.
Sona opens her eyes. Dev continues talking to her and tries to keep her awake. He says he’s her boss..he will have to listen to her. She’s fighting with him since day they met. She’s a fighter and she will fight. He talks about random things and keeps her awake. He tells her stories (of his childhood?) to keep her engaged.
PRECAP:
In hospital, doctor asks Dev to arrange someone with same blood group as Sona. His doesn’t match with her.
